Eligibility and Documentation

During the initial discussion, we will assist you in determining your eligibility for NDIS support. If you are eligible, we will guide you through the necessary documentation and paperwork required for the referral and intake process.

Step 4

Support Planning

Once your eligibility is confirmed, we will work closely with you to develop a personalised support plan. This plan will outline your goals, preferences, and the support services you require.

Step 5

Support
Commencement

We will coordinate with you to determine a suitable start date for your support services. Our dedicated team of support workers will be assigned based on your preferences and availability.
